Store Deep Frozen At -18 c or Lower.

Always maintain the cold chain.

Once the box has been opened, ensure that product is lined with foilene sheets and closed properly.

Do not throw or drop the box as the product is fragile and will break.

Ensure that the box is stored in a dry area free of liquid.

Do not allow this product to defrost.

Bake from frozen, DO NOT defrost.

Space on a greased pan, 3-4cm apart.

Pre heat over at 230ºc for 15 minutes.

Bake at 220ºc - 230ºc for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and place in pie warmer immediately.

Baking times may vary depending on oven type used.

Place pies in clean, pre heated pie warmer

Ensure that damper tray is filled with clean water to prevent pies dehydrating.

Holding temperature should be at 65ºc.

Store for no longer than 4 - 6 hours.

Do not store baked product overnight for resale.

Do not reheat product for resale.
